According to Bethesda, mods created with the Creation Kit will be coming to Xbox One in May and PS4 in June. Mods in Fallout 4 have long been promised for Xbox One and PS4, and now we know when they are coming. YouвЂ™ll still need to create the mods on PC if you were looking to dabble in that arena, but mods created with the official tools will finally allow console players to experience the joys of modded Fallout вЂ“ approved content, obviously. Fallout 4 mods like these will be coming to consoles soon Kotaku. That could certainly change, but for now, weвЂ™re that much closer. Pretty much in line with the original plan. May for Xbox One (IвЂ™m guessing after Far Harbor) and June for PlayStation 4. Fallout 76 is built on the Creation engine so I could see it happen, but due to the multiplayer nature of the game I think mods would be something only available on private servers, and either would need to be enabled server-side or installed by every user on that server, similar to how mods work in Minecraft.
